The leaders of the Project “Intellect of Ukraine” organized a meeting with creative groups of teachers to discuss and work out new recommendations for assessment of students in grades 5\u20139, which were approved by the Ministry of Education and Science on August 2, 2024. The meeting emphasized that, according to the State Standard, teachers should now assess not only students’ knowledge, but also their skills, development, and abilities, which are covered by groups of results. The semester assessment should take into account all groups of results for each subject (the State Standard defines a different number of groups of results for different educational fields). Teachers should take these innovations into account in their calendar and thematic planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
