CRITERION 2
Criterion 2: Scientific validity and innovativeness
—
As a result of an expert review conducted by independent scientific experts, the level of scientific validity and innovativeness of the Project has been assessed. The expert review encompassed an analysis of the following areas:
- availability and quality of scientific and experimental research that confirm the scientific validity, innovativeness, and significance of the Project;
- defense of theses related to the Project’s topics, which demonstrate the deep understanding and research activity of its team in this area;
- quantity and quality of scientific and methodological publications that confirm the level and relevance of the researches supporting the Project;
- organization and execution of scientific and practical conferences, methodological seminars, roundtable discussions, and other events that facilitate the exchange of information and scientific discussions in the relevant field.
In 2020–2023, 2 all-Ukrainian scientific and practical conferences, 3 international round tables, and 9 scientific and practical seminars were conducted. 10 articles were published in professional journals, 5 articles in collections registered in scientometric databases (Web of Science, Scopus). 4 Doctoral and 3 PhD theses were defended. 20 authors’ professional development programs for teachers of grades 1–11 in all subjects have been developed. 4 YouTube channels for professional development of teachers were created.
And in these terms, we contribute to the achievement of the tenth goal of the “Sustainable Development Goals,” i.e. reducing inequalities both within and between countries. In order to improve the quality of education and stimulate innovation in the educational process, we are actively working to implement STEM education in school educational programs. This would not only let us make a significant contribution to the ninth goal of the “Sustainable Development Goals,” which is to promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization, but also provide students with the necessary skills for the future.

A significant decrease in the mental health of participants in the educational process is one of the most important problems we are facing. That is why our efforts are focused on building resistance and supporting psychological well-being among participants in the educational process. This will help to achieve the third goal of the “Sustainable Development Goals,” which is to promote healthy lifestyles and well-being for all, at all ages.
The achievements of our Project can already be observed in all regions of Ukraine, where the teaching approaches have changed and new opportunities for teachers’ professional growth and self-realization have been developed. Our range of innovative teaching methods, digital technologies, and support programs for teachers and students have been developed to ensure sustainable improvement of the education quality. With these achievements, we are committed to make a significant contribution to defining educational development strategies at the international level.
