Advantages in the field of international partnership

Original innovative technologies, support programs for teachers and students, which allow for sustainable improvement of the quality of education.

Educational advantages

  1. Professional development of teachers that meets the challenges of wartime, as well as providing them with professional and personal support.
  2. Significant increase in the level of students’ academic achievements due to the mastery of the authors’ innovative educational technologies and free access to scientific and educational resources.

Social advantages

  1. The Project aims to solve the problem of professional development for teachers working with war-affected students in order to implement the UNESCO principle of ensuring equitable access to quality education.
  2. Engaging the public to discuss the problems of students affected by Russia’s aggression.
  3. Psycho-social rehabilitation and support for students to ensure effective psycho-social support for students affected by war or other global crises.
  4. Developing students’ skills in the field of NBIC technologies necessary for their successful future in a technologized and informatized world.
We are making efforts to ensure equitable access to quality education for students and are trying to respond to modern global challenges. This is what makes our Project advantageous, as we demonstrate practical steps towards achieving the education goals set by UNESCO.

Financial constraints and the need for effective resource management

The Project implementation process may be complicated by the high level of hryvnia inflation. We actively engage donor organizations and are looking for new partners. We have developed an effective fundraising strategy that includes systematic activities to obtain financial resources.

Psychological strain on teachers

The psychological strain on teachers as a result of working with students affected by the war in Ukraine and their parents who are under stress is a serious problem. In view of this, the professional development program for teachers includes trainings aimed at increasing stress resistance, developing positive thinking and emotional intelligence. In addition, the supervision system was organized and the online community for course participants was created.
