A comprehensive system of data collection and analysis has been created: criteria, quantitative and qualitative indicators, and performance indicators have been defined. Tools (questionnaires, observations, interviews, online testing, ranked scales, etc.) have been developed for continuous data collection, and data tracking or analysis has been automated. Feedback and adjustments were organized: the monitoring results were used to provide feedback to the Project team and to adjust strategies and plans, if necessary. This system helps the Project team monitor progress, identify problems at early stages, and make necessary adjustments. It also helps demonstrate the effectiveness of the Project to stakeholders.
