Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results, verification of their reliability

As part of the Project, starting in 2020, we are conducting an experimental research aimed at determining the effectiveness of the Project according to established criteria and indicators. Overall, the research is conducted three times each year: at the beginning of the courses, after course participants complete the program, and one year later to assess coaching effectiveness. In 2020, it covered 1462 participants; in 2021, 2941 participants; in 2022, 2374 participants; and in 2023, 2612 participants. The research employs various data collection methods, including expert assessments, focus groups, participants’ achievement monitoring, observation, testing, questionnaires, surveys, and interviews, in addition to mathematical statistical analysis of experimental data.

It was found that the number of the experiment participants with the optimal level of readiness to teach students from the population of Ukraine affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and war increased by 29% (2020–2021), by 22% (2021–2022), by 23% (2022–2023) after the courses and by 42% (2021–2022), by 45% (2023) a year after the completing courses due to coaching.
