Financial constraints and the need for effective resource management.
We provide that the process of the Project implementation may be complicated by the high inflation rate of the national currency (hryvnia) placing a serious financial strain on participants and partners.
We are actively engaging donor organizations and seeking new partners, as securing stable funding is a key factor in the successful implementation of the Project. We have developed an effective fundraising strategy that includes systematic activities to obtain financial resources.
Our team plans to improve this approach to ensure the financial sustainability of the Project during the war and postwar period.
Psychological strain on teachers.
The psychological strain on teachers as a result of working with students affected by the war in Ukraine and their stressed parents is a serious problem. This factor can cause emotional burnout among teaching staff and lead to teachers’ emotional breakdown.
With this in mind, the professional development program for teachers was carefully adjusted. It includes trainings aimed at increasing stress resilience, developing positive thinking, and emotional intelligence. Additionally, a supervision system was organized and an online community was created for course participants to help discuss difficulties and find ways to overcome emotional stress. Supervisors and the online community provide professional and personal support for teachers to help them deal with the challenges of difficult learning environments.
