On August 10–21, 148 teachers from Lviv region working in the “Intellect of Ukraine” educational programs improved their skills.
For teachers who will teach first-grade students, blended full-time and remote courses were organized. Online seminars were organized for teachers of grades 2-4.
Teachers and coaches of the courses gave their feedback on their preparation and organization.
A teacher is a constant learner. He or she tries to get acquainted with new methods, is interested in the latest teaching technologies, and keeps abreast of educational developments in Ukraine and even abroad. But still, we, the teachers need support and advice.
This year, the leaders of the “Intellect of Ukraine” Project organized professional development courses for all teachers of the project classes. The courses are organized at the highest professional level with real professionals involved.
Teachers of Lviv region express their gratitude to the Project leaders, all coaches, and coordinators who have invested a lot of work and their own resources.
We would like to express especially warm and sincere words of gratitude to our coach, professional and remarkable person, an amazing woman, Iryna Yarmak. Every day we were looking forward to meeting with Iryna to gain new knowledge, consolidate the acquired skills, practice the methodology of performing exercises and dancing minutes.
Our work was also successful and productive thanks to the training-methodological material, which became an invaluable asset for conducting courses. It is always very interesting to watch Lyudmyla Bulakhova’s presentations.
We, the coaches of Lviv region, would like to express our gratitude to Nataliia Pastushenko, the project coordinator in Lviv region. In the development of the “Intellect of Ukraine” Project in our region, she is our supporter and a reliable partner.

I would like to thank Olha Kapustiak, our coach at the courses, for her excellent work. She was able to create a friendly, cognitive, and informative atmosphere. We recalled everything we knew with a great pleasure and learned a lot of new things. The courses were held at the highest level. The work was very intense and interesting. There is no such thing as a good specialist who does not improve his level of qualification through special training and self-education. Our classes (albeit online) were held at a high professional level.
The work was interesting, intense, and informative. Experienced colleagues shared their work experience, solved problematic situations that often occur in the classroom, and each of the participants demonstrated a master class.
Professional development courses are always about updating knowledge, improving, and giving an impetus to professional growth. We, the course participants, really received an incentive for self-improvement and self-realization, because, as Konstantin Ushynsky noted: “A teacher lives as long as he learns.”
