Dear parents!
To maintain a child’s positive emotional state and meaningful leisure time during quarantine, it is especially important to follow the daily routine and control the time allotted for classes.
Please note the need for your child’s daily classes according to the lesson schedule. In this way, the child will be more organized, balanced, and confident.
Support your child during his or her stay at home, listen to the recommendations of his or her teacher.
Printed activity books (Part 8), additional materials and videos for them can be downloaded from the website of the “Intellect of Ukraine” Research and Educational Project.
While working on the tasks in the activity books, your child can watch or listen to video and audio materials to help him or her learn the material to the best of his or her ability.
When working on the tasks of each lesson, pay your child’s attention to the need to learn by heart the rules and algorithms that form the basis of solid knowledge.
Theoretical material can usually be found at the end of the activity books (mind maps, intellect maps, rules).
✅ Tips for working on an activity book of Mathematics
This part of the activity book focuses on learning common fractions, comparing fractions with the same denominators, finding the part of a number, and finding a number by the magnitude of its part.
It is appropriate to show children the formation of fractions practically (dividing a whole object into equal parts).
In this activity book, your child will learn how to find the sum of two products, how to compare two products in multiples, how to find a part of a number and a number by the magnitude of its part, and how to use equations.
The development of computational skills continues, namely: multiplying a two-digit number by a two-digit number and dividing a two-digit number by a two-digit number.
Students develop the ability to multiply simple and compound named numbers by natural numbers and replace a compound named number with the simple number and vice versa.
Three-dimensional shapes are studied, with which it is appropriate to work using environmental objects.
✅ Tips for working on an activity book of the subject “Eureka”
Logical problems should be solved practically, using the materials in the appendix of the activity book.
You can also use the additional materials to help you solve logical problems.

Special attention is paid to the structure of adverbs and the formation of degrees of adverb comparison.
✅ Tips for working on an activity book “Reading”
When working on the reading tasks, please pay your child’s attention to the tasks for developing reading skills (clear pronunciation, “Balloons” and “Magpie and Turtle” tasks).
The child has to answer all the questions that follow the text.
✅ Tips for working on an activity book of the subject “Studying Together”
Part 8 presents scholarly texts that continue and complement the “Human and the World” course.
The “Teacher” task involves retelling texts and asking questions about them.
✅ Tips for working on an activity book of the subject “Human and the World”
All the theoretical material is presented in references of the Adapter⎯onboard computer. These texts should be carefully studied, finding and emphasizing the main points, and retelling them.
The material of the “Star Race” task helps to recall and consolidate what students have learned in previous lessons, and to work confidently with geographical maps.
Dear adults! Children will be grateful to you for your support and help!
