The education sector, like all other areas of society, experienced significant transformations during the period of martial law. The ongoing conflict in Ukraine has introduced a considerable degree of stress for all those engaged in the educational process. This has resulted in the advent of a social order for a new generation of teachers who are equipped with the capacity to engage in effective professional activity in both martial law and post-martial law contexts. Educators must be capable of rapid adaptation and recovery from stressful situations, changes, challenges, setbacks, disappointments, or prolonged stress while maintaining their own and others’ physical and mental well-being, and, most crucially, their dignity. Therefore, this year, a new course was developed and implemented by the NGO “Education of the XXI Century” with the objective of providing psychological support to participants in the educational process and the establishment of a safe educational environment.

As a result of this year’s activities, more than 1,000 participants have been awarded certificates of completion of the course.
