Mastering the individualized technology for students to overcome learning gaps and prevent the phenomenon of illiteracy
The dynamics of indicators in the levels of mastering the individualized technology for students to overcome learning gaps and prevent the phenomenon of illiteracy by participants of professional development courses for teachers under the Project “Education for the Sake of Life: Ukrainian Context” is investigated.
A year after completing the courses due to coaching
It was discovered that the number of the experiment participants with the optimal level of mastering the individualized technology for students to overcome learning gaps and prevent the phenomenon of illiteracy increased by 33% (2020–2021), by 24% (2021–2022), by 26% (2022–2023) after the courses and by 39% (2021), by 39% (2022), by 44% (2023) a year after the completing courses due to coaching. The increase / decrease in the number of the course participants with sufficient, basic, and initial levels of readiness is visualized in pics. 7–9.
