Monitoring

We have carefully designed a comprehensive monitoring system aimed at determining the effectiveness of the Project. It includes:

  • Assessment tools (criteria, indicators, scale, a factor-criterion model).
  • Database establishment (deadlines, responsible persons, methods, procedures).
  • Identification of results (quantitative and qualitative data analysis).
  • Formulation of the conclusions (description of the benefits and risks).
  • Preparation of regular reports.

The Project has clear criteria and indicators of success. These are measured on a ranked scale using the weighting of each component:

    Indicators:
  • availability and quality of scientific and experimental research;
  • defense of theses on the topics of the Project;
  • quality of scientific and methodological publications; organization of conferences, round tables, etc.

    Indicators:
  • change in the level of access to education for students from war-affected areas of Ukraine;
  • level of parental satisfaction with educational programs and methods;
  • change in students’ academic performance and soft skills;
  • self-esteem and readiness for further education.
