Mastering the technology of psychological support for participants in the educational process aimed at emotional support and psychological first aid

The dynamics of indicators in the levels of mastering the technology of psychological support for participants in the educational process aimed at emotional support and psychological first aid by course participants is investigated.

A year after completing the courses due to coaching

It was discovered that the number of the experiment participants with the optimal level of mastering this technology increased by 23% (2020–2021), by 18% (2021–2022), by 21% (2022–2023) after the courses and by 41% (2021), by 43% (2022), by 43% (2023) a year after the completing courses due to coaching. The increase / decrease in the number of the course participants with sufficient, basic, and initial levels of readiness is visualized in pics. 16–18.
